1. Annual Parish Meeting: As Required.
2. Parish Council Meeting: Commence.
3. Election of Officers:

iii. Acceptance of Office forms - complete.
4. Minutes of Last Meeting: Read and Sign.
5. Request for Dispensation: As Required.
6. Declarations of Interest: As Required.
7. Update from Previous Meeting: i. Play Area Status - Secretary Report.
ii. Street Cleaning - Grant for Apr/Oct 18 Received.
8. GDPR Compliance: i Adoption of Data Map(enclosed)
ii Adopt Data Protection Policy, Subject Access Request procedure, Data Breach Policy, & Records Retention Policy(enclosed).
iii. Adopt Privacy Notices (enclosed)
iv. Receive Completed Security Compliance Checklists - all Councillors.(enclosed)
